Kechelle Williams
Owner and Operator
Early Eats Food Truck

Kechelle Williams is a Nashville, Tennessee native that started on her entrepreneurial journey several years ago. After completing college at Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor's degree in finance, Kechelle worked in the finance industry for several years while keeping a part-time job in the hospitality/food and beverage industry. The hospitality/food and beverage industry began to become more appealing, which led her to a full-time job with a hospitality company. Having become used to having food readily available to eat, Kechelle was sitting hungry one morning, dreaming that breakfast would just magically appear. She remembered that food trucks were becoming popular in Nashville and realized she could make her morning meal wishes come true. Kechelle began researching breakfast trucks in Nashville and found that they were slim to none. She saw an opportunity to fill the void with a mobile breakfast foot truck in the city. Early Eats was born in April 2017. Through the past few years have brought challenges, Kechelle has been able to connect with resources and mentors through organizations such as the Nashville Business Incubation Center and the Les Dames D'escoffier Nashville Chapter. During the pandemic, she reconstructed her business plan and now more knowledgeable and mentally equipped, Early Eats is looking better and brighter every day.
