Get ready to embark on the next stage of your leadership journey with FEDA’s upcoming Young Industry Leaders retreat! Please join us April 10-11 at Ice-O-Matic’s headquarters for this special two-day program, which will be led by Ice-O-Matic President Erica Motes and Director of Sales and National Accounts Brittany Skulski.

Motes and Skulski will guide attendees through two days of in-depth training on mastering leadership through economic downturns and business transformations. The program, which begins at noon on April 10 and concludes at 1 p.m. on April 11, will feature thought-provoking group discussions and breakout sessions tailored to participants’ career stages. There will also be a tour of the Ice-O-Matic manufacturing facility, 11100 E. 45th Ave., Denver, Colorado, and a social outing and dinner on the evening of April 10. The retreat is open to all dealer members of FEDA Young Industry Leaders. There is no cost to attend, although participants will need to arrange for their own travel and accommodations.
