Marc Tell joined his family’s company in 1986 and has since touched every area of the business’ operations, eventually being named CEO. During his tenure, he has led Sam Tell to grow from seven employees and two trucks to an operation with 180 workers, a 75,000-square-foot warehouse and a showroom in Manhattan. Throughout his career, Tell has focused on developing strong relationships with co-workers and customers through effective communication to achieve organizational goals.
